Vince Young charged with assault

Football star Vince Young has been accused of misdemeanor assault according to the police officials. The incident happened at Dallas strip club when Young attacked a person and fled before police arrived at the scene on Sunday according to investigators.

This was revealed by surveillance camera footage. The footage clearly proved that it was Young who initiated a physical attack when he became furious on somebody’s words. The rest of the people were trying to calm down the situation and holding him back. According to police officials, the misdemeanor offense is punishable with $ 500 as he received a Class C assault citation.

The video which is released by CBS affiliate KTVT tells the whole story and clearly shows that Young in back office talking to a manager and, afterwards, another man, who was identified as Creiton Kinchen, 45, entered the office.
The second man made an offensive sign to degrade University of Texas from where Young was graduated. Not only this, he then used some language which offended the quarterback.

Then Young continues taking to manager and after sometime he attacks the Kinchen. Many people engaged in the brawl but ultimately it was halted. Police received first telephone call at 3:38 a.m. which reported: “two black males fighting in the parking lot,” But no noticeable injury Kinchen received except some minor cut on the lip. Then police received a second call at 4:06 a.m. Young was not there when police arrived at the club according to Dallas police Lt. Andy Harvey.
