Drake Concert

What was expected and anticipated to be an enjoyable and fun filled Drake Concert in the streets of Manhattan turned out to be absolutely nothing of the sort; it was absolute havoc and hysteria as a group of hooligans were bent on disrupting the night and not letting the other people in attendance have a decent time.

But you really can’t blame the crowd at the Drake Concert; I mean you can, but then you really can’t because the major blame lands on the people, the folks and the officials who were behind the organizing of the whole event. I mean think about it; you are about to throw a free concert in a place like New York – a city of more than ten million inhabitants – and you do not foresee the kind of capacity crowd which would turn out to witness the show and then you can’t even ensure that the entrances are properly supervised to ensure a smooth operation of things? I mean come on man, who are you kidding?!?

So what happens is that the people who got to the venue of the Drake Concert on time got to go and reserve the front rows for themselves, but the people arriving late wanted to snatch those front rows by creating disruption for the ones who had already arrived there. And thus, what happened is something that one should have expected; the cops come down hard on the crowd with mace and other things to subdue and scatter the gathering.
