Kevin Butler

Kevin Butler is an imaginary character introduced by Sony Computer Entertainment as a segment of their marketing operation named It only Does Everything which is for the new designs of the PlayStation 3(PS3). Jerry Lambert played the role of Kevin Butler. Butler performed as the Deputy President of the several imaginative sections in the Sony PlayStation 3 enclosure answering to searches of ‘Dear PlayStation.’ Sony will let it go on air for the whole of the present year because of its great popularity. Kevin Butler had a live performance on June 15 this year in the journalists’ seminar of Sony’s E3 for improving games and PlayStation Moves. In the beginning of 2009, Kevin Butler performed in the advertisement named Dustin vs. PlayStation for describing the features of Dustin Pedroia in the game. This advertisement is the only one which is not a segment of the operation called It only Does Everything rather it presented the actual PS3 as this advertisement was produced before the slim design was introduced.

Kevin appears with different labels in all of his advertisement like VP of First Person Shooter Relations, Director of Rumor Confirmation, Director of Game Accuracy, VP of enough is enough etc. As a result of a rumour about one of his advertisements, the fixed price of PS3 declined. So he responded that one must not rely on whatever is being reported on the Net or so I would have become a millionaire living in Nigeria. Resultantly, the Nigerian Minister of Information and Communication, Dora Akunyili, asked Sony to apologize as its advertisement spoiled the repute and status of Nigeria. Soon afterwards, Sony apologized from the government of Nigeria and banned that advertisement.
