Bank Atlantic Supports Education

It is a moment that has made BankAtlantic very proud as its EVP and the Chief Executive of its retail banking, Patricia Lefebvre, has been honored by Miami Dade County’s Education fund. This award was presented for the long commitment and outstanding  contributions of Mrs. Lefebvre to the Education Fund. The award was presented at the Art of Found Objects which is the organization’s auction that is carried out every year for charity. Mrs. Lefebvre has been serving the Education Fund for five years as a member and Co-Chair position holder.

The president of the Education Fund said that Mrs. Lefebvre has been a dedicated board member and volunteer for the Fund for so many years. He said that she has worked very hard and with a lot of energy, and has played a very important role in enabling the Education Fund get to a huge number of students in the deprived general public system of education.

The CEO of BankAtlantic said that BankAtlantic has always acknowledged the importance of education in the lives of children and that is why it solutes Patricia for her undying efforts and well-earned applause and recognition for her support for the Education Fund and the 25 years of community service that they have performed. He also said that BankAtlantic would keep on supporting her efforts.

BankAtlantic sponsored the auction charity event and even donated an item for the auction. This annual auction is basically carried out for charity purposes and places recycled items on auction that children have found. This event generates money that helps children in public schools get proper education.
