UFC 115 Liddell vs. Franklin

Another amazing event of the month of June 2010 was the Ultimate Fighting Championship UFC 115. It started from 12th June on Saturday. It brought a lot entertainment to the people. The ultimate fighting championships were held in Vancouver, Canada. Many fighters participated in these matches. All the fighters gave their best shots to win the matches and continue ahead to face the other opponents. In the preliminary card rounds there were matches for the title of welterweight and middleweight. In the main card round fightings were for the titles of welterweight, heavyweight and light heavy weight.

The most anticipated match was the UFC 115 Liddell vs. Franklin. It was an impressive match and both fighters fought with full power. In the UFC 115 Liddell vs. Franklin match the winner was Rich Franklin. He defeated the previous light heavy weight champion Chuck

Liddell in a knock out round. Chuck Liddell had been famous in the whole event due to his victories but his defeat in the final round against Rich Franklin disappointed the audience. Liddell was supposed to be fighting against Tito Ortiz but due an injury in the neck Ortiz had to withdraw from the match. Dana White decided to put Rich Franklin in the place of Ortiz against Liddell. At last the match went into the favour of Franklin and he won the title of light heavy weight championship. The UFC 115 Liddell vs. Franklin match ended within no time. The match was over in the first knock out round within five minutes. Franklin was declared the winner of the night with a bonus of $85000.
